I think shoving is best. If he had two pair on the flop it got counterfeited and he could easily play any Q like this and will probably call a push with a good queen (this assumes he's donkish).

He has a queen here a lot, any raise is a push so put him in.

I think you can a lot of the time as villains flop raise is standard weak move with a paired top card at small stakes.

As played river shove looks very good.

I would put the rest in. His line is pretty wierd in that he c/r the flop and then checked the turn, I can't really see a set playing like that but it's obv possible.

I think just calling loses some value here.

The only worry I have is that 98, T9, J9, JT are plausible hands for this line. The big raise on the flop could easily be gutshot/middle pair not wanting to get called, but having outs if he does. The turn check could be a made strt or a gutshot that just hit a pair of 9s and wants to see a cheap river.

Too dry of a board texture. It will just bloat the pot with a hand we are far behind (333,888). Oh, and I push here. NL 200 players cant get off AQ/KQ/QJ here. Gotta get some value in with aces up. I can't see villain not betting the turn with a set.

shove. if he's got a set id say "nh sir, you played it well", because i really dont see a villan playing a set this way too often, more specifically i think you would see a bigger bet on the river if he had a set.

Shove for value
