 I frequently lean to the left arm rest when I'm surfing the net. When I'm watching a movie or something of the sort, I lean all the way back or slouch backward with my feet outstretched and crossed. Oh yeah, I ended up buying The Jerker from Ikea. It's an awesome desk, highly recommended.

Or does the slant and adjustable height actually make a big difference? (Footstools are usually 11.5" high.)

When I am actively using the computer I sit upright, with my feet slighly elevated resting on a little box under my desk. When I watch a movie or something, I slouch as much as possible and put my legs on my desk.
