Trouble cashing out of Victor Chandler

Thanks for all the assistance. Successfully cashed out on another computer which used Internet Explorer as its browser. I use Mozilla on my usual laptop.

Have checked my Neteller account and can confirm the funds have just hit my account within 18 hours of the request, so Neteller is still ok .
