If I could only read one poster's posts, it'd be StellarWind in a heartbeat. Although I guess Josh. is close simply because he's so much more prolific than SW.

I think reading medium/high stakes stuff is okay, but concentrate on this forums if you are playing SSSH. A lot of the concepts don't really apply. The worst month of poker for me, playing-wise, was when i was reading MHSH and playing like 3/6 and 5/10.

As far as the best posters go, everybody here is a good poster. that's the truth. Even if the person is bad read their post and understand it. You really have to just get a feel for how everybody plays. We get people who post the "online poker is rigged" and "can i play this hand better - AA on A55JJ and the opp has JJ" - but they're important to read and understand. THESE are the people you are playing against. Understanding how they think will equal a big money for you!

I would put a list of all my favorite posters but I don't know a lot of them off the top of my head. Sweetjazz goes through phases where he posts a bunch of hands. Miles is a great poster and has some great threads that he started. Sharpie/Leader i put in my "solid" section as in they play good, solid poker and their threads are usually on point. Scary_Tiger is scary/aggro and i love it. Flintoff is a good poster too. I'm trying to think of who else but it's late. I'll try and remember more.

victor is a good poster for when you want to check up on yourself. ILOVEPOKER929, when he first starting posting a ton gave some of the best advice ever IMO.

There's a lot more though. This is the best forum on 2+2.

I agree with this. The high stuff is a graveyard, and you can't truly appreciate how valuable this forum is until you read the NL forums. This place has lots of good posters.

for this forum, I tend to pretty much always agree with miles. While I really like ILPs logic on many hands I do think he can be a bit too passive. Overall he is really good too. Of course there are others, but I'm not on here enough constantly reading strat anymore to name them.
