how the [censored] do you make 12k in rakeback per month playing 3/6 donkbet?

I guess 100k hands/month is A LOT, but still.

[/ QUOTE ]

It's not all just from rakeback.
$6000-6500: Rakeback
$3500-4000: Bonus
$2000-2200: Points

How does 120k a year become 12k a month?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, I know the math would make it $144k/yr. In January/February I didn't play much. But March-Currently I've been at a pretty even keel 100-115k hands/month.

Change sites. Play (alot) less tables. Drop down in stakes (slightly). Think about each decesion. Post hands in strat forums. Limit yourself to a fairly small bankroll and move up in limits quickly (or down if you lose).

Do that for about a month (without falling back into old patterns) and you'll want to shoot yourself for not doing it a year ago.

It's not that i SUCK, I just opted to play a lot of tables and not really pay detailed attention to what's going on. Playing 8 tables of limit doesn't really afford the kind of time to do this. Two years ago I was about a 1.75BB/100 at 5-10(1-2 tables) and 1.35BB/100 at 10-20. I weighed the two options, and decided more tables and making less at the tables was more beneficial, since the only reason I'm playing is for money and not PT stats and graphs.

The end result of my advice is money. Alot more money. And alot more free time, energy, and enjoyment of the game.

I'll disguise it. Move up, play less so you have more time for hookers, blow, and comical cat photography.
