Or to hit a king or ace and then get a cheap showdown. The 250 bet wasnt't that cheap and seems like a value bet. I think I'm getting decent implied odds too if I just want to try and hit a jack.

I feel like TT, QQ, KQ, and maybe even AA/KK are in his range here which is why I folded. He did min reraise preflop which is the standard play from a donkey with AA, KK, or QQ, and I wouldn't be surpised to see QQ played exactly like this on the flop turn and river.
