Raise flop, check/call the turn. Whether you want to fold this river depends on player history / reads; many players wouldn't bet out with just the trip jacks here but if villain often tries to steal pots on the river it might make sense to call.

If it's a rainbow board I always raise the flop. With few exceptions a coinflip is your worst case scenario here.

I don't really see a reason to "mix up your play." As long as you play your draws and your made hands aggressively you are already mixing it up.
