Friends of mine at the same company were +9.5% and +4.7% [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] We're trying to figure out why.

See what funds they have their money in. Lots of people put too much into stable funds that are too safe. On the other side, too many people put lots into their company stock, which may be the reason for the difference.
