As I watched the video, I noticed that you were able to see the previous hands and board.. is that a 3rd party program or is it a feature built into Stars?

[/ QUOTE ]

PokerAceHUD - 3rd party program.

I watched the first thirty minutes and will watch the rest tomorrow.

I cant find a single thing to disagree with. I like how you don't go totally crazy preflop with marginals when you have so many shorties/calling stations surrounding you.

There is also very little point IMO to takes stabs at small pots or run bluffs in these situations, since mostly your legit hands tend to get payed off anyhow.

The part with the highest instructional value I think was your play with AK out of the blinds against the nit who raised 5x. Well explained and nh.

I will watch the rest tomorrow and hope there are a couple more interesting hands cause it was a bit of a yawner

30:20 left table 7h5h on the button.
One seemingly tight/passive limper to you.
The blinds seem unlikely to mess with you/call.
I'd raise a single limper here.

I understand you play a tight game, and folding here is not wrong or anything.
But I think raising is a good option.

Wow, I suck.

I pretty much agree with most of what you said. I was seriously tilting (mainly because of the suckout you mentioned, but also because of a AA < 99 all in pf on another table) and overall my play is awful. I'm usually a 24/17 but was 36/20 after 50 hand; was calling any suited connectors raised or unraised, raising T7s utg or 78o in MP, etc.

However there was one hand that was only slightly tilt induced, and that was the AKs hu with candimann. I won't always cbet on this flop vs a calling station. The guy was 20% folded to cbet, if I bet - check turn he's likely to bet with air, if I check down I don't think he'll take that line as often.

Anyway nice session, even though for anyone else it probably was little dull since nothing much happens for you. I got to see how weak I play postflop and especially how bad my calls get when I tilt, so thanks for that.

I'm fairly tight myself, so I get your play.

I raise 99 there preflop, though. I think there's enough value in it. I might check it if everybody limps.

kbratt check-called the straight. Who's the [censored]?

96o... meh, I think it's trash, not even worth raising HU.

AK. nh. I make it $7.50.

98s: bet turn yo. Not raising preflop is fine.

64s: don't like your flop call. Turn is standard as played.

AK: 2/3 pot donk is really strong. I'd raise 1/3 and under, but I'd just fold to this.

72s: bet turn yo. no free cards. you could've gotten three streets of value vs. KQ as well.

Overall I think you played really well. Quite similar to me, actually.

Yep, I couldn't agree more that I missed some value on the 98s and the 72s. I was not sure at all if kbrat had connectors and flopped trips as well. The 98s hand I was just blown out of my mind as to what the hell he was calling me with....I really didn't think he'd call me down with a gutshot. I definitely missed a bet on that hand and I don't think he would have called if I bet on the turn.

AK I should have mucked when he led....I thought the pot was bigger than what it really was, so his bet didn't look that big to me.

Abramovic: I don't like to monkey around with Ax unless it's suited and I'm CO/Button. I really hate it when there are limpers in front of me. With Ax I'm WA/WB (way ahead/way behind) postflop.

ticks: I would normally have raised that 75s, but the limper had $15 stack. I hate messing with them, plain and simple.

kbrat: I'm pretty sure I c-bet a couple times against Candimann, not really sure. Your C-bets are more about image, and you had a bad image at this table.
