meh...its a [censored] spot. I think flop is an ez check and turn you can bet or check.

River is a gross spot. Would he rly vb AK that strongly? Would he really call with AK preflop? Bt I think that considering this:

Board: Ad Qs 6c 3s 4s
Dead:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 33.3333 % 00.00% 33.33% { AsKc }
Hand 2: 66.6667 % 33.33% 33.33% { QQ, AKs, AKo }

and that your hand looks like KK, I would call here.

What do you think about 1/2 pot blocking river?

I should've gone 1/2 pot blocking on the river, it'd be very hard for him to bluff raise

Isn't 70 a little more than neccessary preflop?I'd 3bet to about 55 here...
Did you make it that big cause you wanted to take the pot down preflop ?

Flop check is good. He usually has 2 outs.

I would usually bet the turn, but checking is okay.

As played, a river blocker could work. But since you checked, I would fold.

We are checking the flop so that he will hopefully call us lighter, on later streets/maybe induce a bluff, and for pot control.

I guess this hand isn't that interesting, but I still think it's a lot closer than most of you make it out to be. All I'm beating on the river is a bluff...And this guy would have to double barrel in a RR pot with a hand that obviously has showdown value.
But I played it very weak, called and got shown T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

and MHIG
