Everything already said is correct. I will work the math if anyone is still having trouble.
Pot size: 100 Player A's chances of winnning 90%, 10% for player B If run once, A has 900 EV and B has 100 EV Twice: A will win the whole pot 81% (.9*.9), and 1/2 the pot 18% of the time (.9*.1+.1*.9). Therefore, 810+(180/2)= 900EV |

Are the cards reshuffled that came on the turn and river or river because if not this WOULD affect EV.

No. It wouldnt.
The issue has been beaten to death. |

run it once if favorite, twice if not favorite. [/ QUOTE ] This is very wrong. First of all as others have said run it once if you can stand the variance and twice if you don't. However, the favorite usually will want to minimize the variance, while the dog will usually want to maximize it. |

[/ QUOTE ] If you don't hit the first time, you are more likely to hit the second time, and vice versa, but it still doesn't change EV. |

I'm going to have to go against the grain here and disagree...running it twice (slightly) slightly changes the EV for both players.
ofcourse it makes sense that if there is replacement then it would be EV neutral but without....not so much. |

Just work out the math, I've done it but won't reproduce it here, there is no change except possibly in the degenerate case where the dog has only a single out.

[/ QUOTE ] I originally thought the EV would change slightly, too, but I ran the numbers and they are exact in both cases, considering all outcomes. |
