I've been doing a lot of work on the house lately; soldering pipes, working on gas lines under the house, getting up on the top step of tall ladders. So, my December goal is to live through it.

$5k however i can get it. at least 1500 27s @ >10% ROI so ill have a decent enough sample to feel good about starting the 60s in january.
