A flop bet would have been fine. I don't mind checking here against some villians, though.

I think check/fold is good, now that I think about it. I would call a fairly small bet though (1/3 pot). Sometimes I see bad players betting a middle PP (QQ/JJ), and the pot is pretty big.

I think betting about 2/3 pot on the flop would've been the best line. If called, you can shutdown and be confident you are behind.

HA, I was kind of surprised no one said that either, aggie. I think I would've saved myself a lot of trouble later by finding out what I needed to know on the flop.

half pot on river is about right, any less and villain might sense your weakness if he hasn't already.

Check call isn't terrible, but it helps to know villain likes to bet at weakness. Against a more convervative player betting will get more value from lower pps.
