Do you really think a poker site may have that bad deal with neteller ? I would say they probably paid 2$ for deposit or something along the lines....

they paid over $100 to process the deposit...i am sure they would like a chance to recoup some more rake, but you have a right to get your money if you don't like the software.

How do you know how much they paid?

I have no idea but I am sure poker sites has better deal than individual customers.

EDIT : I played some more hands and tried to withdraw funds again. One thing is for sure. As soon as the money hit my Neteller account I will delete UB from my HD and never play there again.

I am starting to freaking out. Its fifth day already and no response from them whatsover. Sites like Party may have retarted policies and CS but they are not making up stuff and dont try to keep anybody's money.
I strongly recommend nobody plays on UB.

1. UB, as with most sites, has a manual process to control fraud. You deposited $5k, lost $700 or so and now want to cash out. Are you laundering money? Have you chip dumped to a friend? Your activity probably tripped a fraud flag and they need some time to investigate. They likely have a handful of fraud investigators who have a pile of these to plow through each day and once they figure out that your play was legit, they'll process your cashout.

2. I think most sites wished the rate was only 2%. Neteller has some of the highest fees in the business because they take the fraud risk rather than the sites. On InstaCash I think they charge something like 9%.
