in terms of big bets, your pf call is probably slightly -ev. the problem isn't so much with the call(which i would tend to 3bet if i played as ATo is hoping to hit toppair and TPMK holds up better against fewer opponents so we want the blinds out), it is with how you are often making a second best hand and forced to payoff. the actual pf call on only costs you a fraction of a bet i would imagine. the problem is when you do it repeatedly it becomes a serious leak.
