i play generally 4-8...and the action is insane at 4-8 and no limit. have deep stacks...you are gonna need it to take these hands all the wya.

I have easily destroyed the games of 1-3NL and 3-6 and 4-8 limit there. There are a lot of regulars there, and most of them are old people looking to 'gamble'. I cannot even begin to remember how many times people will cold-call 2 raises with nothing but a runner runner draw. juicy juicy games. who has played the 2-5 NL and 6/12 there consistently? types of players? im looking to play one of those the next time i go.

I played the NL 2-5 game today. JUICY.

Honestly, it was some of the worse players I ever played with, no hyperbole.

The sixth worst person at my regular game would be the best player in that game that I sat in.

Too bad I don't live closer.

Played the 1-3 NL game there on X-mas Eve for 8 hours. Great game. Players are friggin horrible. One guy had a FH and was thinking about laying it down to poss quads (5QQ66 board and he had a Queen).

Dealers are great especially this one old guy who yelled at the idiots who stare at each other at showdown waiting for someone to flip their cards over. They have one good looking female dealer as well. (Karen IIRC)

Only had one problem with any dealers at all, who didn't know about the full raise rule (a checks, b bets 40, c calls, a goes AI for 55, B or c cannot raise). Wasn't like she knew the rule and was misruling it, just didn't know about it at all! Plus she almost pushed my uncalled bet to the wrong guy. (He jokingly said it was his and she believed him. wtf)

But I digress. If you can go to Morongo, go. Played the 1-3 or 2-5 NL. Or the limit games are good as well. It's a great room, non-smoking. Best room in SoCal.
