Id say just complain to UB. This all sounds like to much work. I sent an e-mail saying Im done playing on UB until there is a way for me to easily use pokertracker with the software. On pokertraker's forum they said UB did the something similar in the past and because of complaints from its players changed it back so send e-mails if u want a change.

What exactly is wrong with the HH? I was about to switch to UB tom, but there have been a few posts about HH problems.

every time 5 hands are collected it wants you to close and reopen the hand history window, makes playing nearly impossible.

Wow. So instead of writing the HH to your hard drive like everyone requested, they made it impossible to play there????? What a great update. Thanks for the heads up. I guess I'm staying at Full Tilt.

Hmmm ... doesn't allow you to get the past 100 hands at a table through gametime since the wondow re-opens and only shows the last hand. So it gets the 100th, 99th.... 96th previous hand, then closes and opens the most recent hand. =/

Turn off prefetching in GT+

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, that's the problem. I need stats for the past 100 hands so I have good info right from the first hand, otherwise I'm at a disadvantage and have to way for half an hour to an hour to get decent stats =/

Anyone complained to UB yet? WTF?!!

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, here is a thread about it. Please send one. I think they realise people will need to leave the more they are likely to reverse their stupid actions.

Ahh, they've done this [censored] before??? [censored]!
Yeah, everyone just send emails about how you cannot continue to play there unless they fix this up.

Clearly you have never played live poker. You are the reason they implemented the limited hand fetching. Besides adding more work to their servers than is necessary, why should you be allowed to get information about hands you haven't even observed, much less played in? It's dumb that you can't continuously get information about hands that you're playing, but I agree with them stopping you from prefetching 100 hands.

Saying that you're at a disadvantage because you can't prefetch 100 hands is lol. That's exactly why UB made this update.

With the workaround that seems to work in the PT forums here I don't think that I will be updating this. This is also fueled by the the fact that it seems to work fine, at least for data mining, I know I grabbed a couple thousand hands on Thursday night just fine. Feel free to take the code as your own, it is a conglomeration of my code from PAWM, some ideas from pinvoke.net and from my brain, no license restrictions apply. If UB doesn't change this back and the workaround stops working I will revisit this.

Wrong. This was a bug in the update, UB has already stated this bug will be fixed. Send them an email complaining that your business is about to go elsewhere and you will get the response.
