Are they really that much faster? I looked at a couple of tables and they seem the same to me.

The initial deal is definitely faster, but I don't really notice anything new with the flop, turn and river.

Are you talking about the deal with animations on? I don't use animations so would I notice anything?

If you don't use animations, then you might not notice a difference. The cards used to come in 1 at a time, now it's pretty close to simulteneous.

Nice, I like it. The flop, turn, and river are still the same speed. So are all ins.

[/ QUOTE ]So its just the dealing of the hole cards that is faster? I don't even really notice it, but I never had a complaint to begin with so whatever.

This Stars update has a major glitch(at least on my computer.) I was playing a hand in the $109 MTT and my cards disappeared, then the flop disappeared. I minimized the window and the cards came back up, but I had checked without actually ever clicking the button. Then a few minutes later, the client started sitting me out without direction from me... I'm pretty pissed right now.

the delay between the awarding of the pot and the start of the next hand appears to be the same to me.

I don't use animation so I don't notice if everyone is getting their cards faster or not.

Wasn't playing. Just observing. But couldn't see a difference.

I've played about 200 hands so far with the new update. I don't notice any difference in speed whatsoever. The hands per hour at my normal tables are the same as they've always been.

I'm showing a slight increase, about 5-6 hands per hour. 10% improvement, I'll take it.
