I think you played it fine, I can't really find a raise anywher. You have to call the river with the way you play it.

stack sizes?
If that's BB's last $92 I'd lean slightly more towards folding the river but calling is fine depending on what type of player they are.

i vote call. i'd like to see the results of this. i think too often the villian is 3 barreling here, especially if he has reason to think you're capable of laying down hands/easy to push around.
why did you not raise the flop?
