stop squeezing with 88.....

Easy fold.

Not trying to sway votes to call, but looks like I'm only dominated by TT/99 and am either a slight fav or am dominating every thing else, no? What's your reasoning for easy fold?

IF that's his range, easy call...

True

I'm not saying it's definitely his range, but the typical 2+2er reraises JJ+ close to 100% of the time? Like I said, we don't have much history, but he's a 2+2 20/15 TAG.

"I like to Squeeze" "He never has AA/KK"

surely this is a perfect reason to make this play with AA/KK?

[/ QUOTE ]
Yeah, when hero is running over the table, this is an excellent way to trap him. But if OP just squeezes some % of the time, it's a very risky play that probably losses a lot of value.

So I guess it depends on how often you've been squeezing in these situations.

I don't mind a call, but I'd fold, just because I hate high variance plays where the EV is unclear.

I'd make this play with a big pair if you were habitually 3-betting/squeezing light. Any way, if you really think he will do this with any pair/AK or worse then it's a call.

152,395,056 games 0.453 secs 336,412,927 games/sec

Board:
Dead:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 50.9232 % 50.06% 00.86% { 8d8h }
Hand 2: 49.0768 % 48.22% 00.86% { 22+, AKs, AKo }

But, in reality his range is probably more towards pairs > 88/AK. One thing that always gets me is that people aren't making moves as much as I think they are. Even decent/solid 2+2er's.

I like to 4-bet AA/KK all in.

[/ QUOTE ]
uh yeah, but CO flatcalls/shoves, this is never AA/KK.

[/ QUOTE ]
I make plays like this exactly in this situation when I know there's an OOP player who likes to squeeze too often. Usually it's bad LAGs instead of 2p2s, but if I see them squeeze more than once a session I try to lay this trap.

This can definitely be AA/KK. I think these hands are a lot more likely than AK or KQs. You are either coinflipping or way behind, and I don't think getting slightly better than 2:1 is enough to enter that situation when there are so many pairs in his range. If CO was bad I might call, but he's not so I think it's a pretty easy fold.

Yeah a fair amount, but it's tough for me to think he would get tricky enough to flat call a big pair cuz he's counting on me squeezing, without a whole lot of history.

K, folding is the consensus. Assuming same action, pp greater than or equal to x? = call.
