Raises a lot preflop but play rather passive postflop.Even if you can't compare his 0.88 AF Postflop with a Tight player having 0.88 he is still passive postflop

Remember, I only have 40 hands on villain, so the aggression factor is nowhere close to converged yet. Plus anything close to 1 with a 50%+ VPIP is decently aggressive. He raises a lot preflop. MOST IMPORTANTLY he has BLUFF CHECK-RAISED the turn against me once. He is anything but a passive postflop player.

I respect your read. My post went a little further because I stated if we ASSUME he has those stats even over a large sample. Maybe it was wrong to post anything that didn't exactly correlated to the actual hand. But if we ASSUME that he has those stats over 10K hands do you still 3-bet for value in that situation and do you think you ever get rid of the button doing it?

this should make it a pretty easy bet and call down imo.

i suppose you mean cap pf. its fine imo. you can also just call and raise good flops.
