Over my Neteller limit????

I was on hold with them for like 30 minutes on the phone. I then tried their online thing and gave up after 30 minutes.

Online thing has always worked for me. I usually have to boot up Internet Explorer though.

Neteller has a 750 limit for anything until you've cleared 750 dollars worth. Its a rolling 7 day period limit. So say you've deposited 600 dollars and try to deposit 200 within 7d ays, you cannot do that. Even if you do 400 a week later and 400 within that 7 days, you cannot. You have to have 750 clear, then your limit becomes 1500 per 7 rolling days.
