fslex i think his stoved range was mainly to show that even in worst case scenario it's an easy allin. Even though I think that in worst case scenario we have to take out AA and maybe even KK (since we hold the Kd).

but obv if we want to approximate and weigh his true range Axdd should be indluded.

Marnix,

I didn't take it to be worst case - I took it to be most likely case (since we can pretty easily assume this is either a monster or a semi-bluff), but i see your point.

Pokerstove doesn't really do the trick anyway because it can't weight your preferences... like i think he would always play AXdd like this and have it often, while he would rarely have TT+, AK, or K9o... so really hero is going to be ahead here by a huge amount most of the time.

I beat him into the pot with this. If you're not ok with going broke on this hand, maybe you shouldn't be playing 25/50...

Even in the worst case scenario:

pokenum -h kd jd - ad kc -- jh td qd
Holdem Hi: 990 enumerated boards containing Qd Td Jh
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
Kd Jd 327 33.03 558 56.36 105 10.61 0.383
Kc Ad 558 56.36 327 33.03 105 10.61 0.617

You have to put in $4513 to win $6263, where you would need .418 equity to make a call correct. So if this is his known hand, then calling is a 0.035 *$4513 = $158 error.

However, it is possible he has other hands, therefore call.
