Thanks for the feedback guys. Thinking about it I should have folded earlier than I did. I really need to lock down the cards I play and when I play them. Currently I'm playing solid cards 90% but then all over the place for the other 10%. Still, I've got myself the Poker Tracker trial and am reviewing hands as I play them, so we'll see how I look when the trial finishes.

At these limits I think this is a fold preflop. A raise isnt going to isolate or narrow down the field enough to show value. The flop though, I agree, is pure foldable goodness.
