Without reading responses, I would think b, d, b, b.
It seems like the equity edge would be not enough with AK to call all in against any two with blinds that big. Go the next level and I would call definately.

[/ QUOTE ] From memory AK doesn't change much vs 75% to 100% something like 0.2% or 0.3%. 99 should improve quite a lot against 100% vs 75%. I think AKo is a fold vs both, but I could be wrong. Mack
