Without reading responses, I would think b, d, b, b.
It seems like the equity edge would be not enough with AK to call all in against any two with blinds that big. Go the next level and I would call definately.

I'll guess...

99 = easy call @ 100%, close call @ 75%.
AK = close call @ 100% (closer than 99), close fold @ 75%.

[/ QUOTE ]

From memory AK doesn't change much vs 75% to 100% something like 0.2% or 0.3%. 99 should improve quite a lot against 100% vs 75%. I think AKo is a fold vs both, but I could be wrong.

Well like I said he's dead wrong with the AKo, you do the same in both scenarios, I don't know what that is though. Probably fold.

Except that AKo is actually a close fold at 100% right?

99 e, c
AK c, b

As this seems like a situation where table positions seriously decrease Hero's ability to steal blinds I might end up calling all of them. Does that make any sense?

I did a graph of how certain popular calling hands fared against range X, in 5% increments all the way from 5% to 100%, AKo and none pair hands level off at around 60% or so, pairs continue to improve in decent chunks, all the way to 100%.
