Ok everyone. Problem solved. If you are like me, you have a favorite link directly to the sign in page, well they changed the address so you need to go to netellers main page, get the new address and switch it out with what is in your favs.

Had the same issues, wouldn't let me sign in all day, & this worked for me as well.
I didn't have to go learn Japanese after all.
