I want a Tattoo but what to get?

Nothing yet. I am basically one of the laziest people on earth and since i have an ipod i have no real motivation to get it fixed soon. I am off tommorow, so maybe ill bring it in to a shop.

I thought the point of a tattoo was getting something you really wanted that was an expression of you - not getting one just to get one. Maybe that is just me.

I would keep looking until you find something that you really like. Also, I would suspect that if you want something original that you will need to make it yourself or at least have someone design it. Otherwise I'm sure the same thing will happen that happened with the paradise lost tat.

I doubt a tattoo artist could do a Trooper that you would be happy with. I think soemthing small would be better. If you want one go for it.

i'd wait until u have a design u want and then get it done; not decide to get it done and then find a design

also, once u find a design, stare at it every day for a few months and if u still like it, then get it

I agree, even getting it smaller it just wouldnt be any good.

I agree with the post abouve that probably it would be better to have a self designed one, but I cant draw for [censored] so that aint going to happen.

I disagree that the celtic stlye design looks that bad, there are many people with nice celtic tattoos, that one done right with the right changes to black doent look too bad.

Also I am not just going to rush out and get somthing suggested, I am looking for inspiration, something I can connect with an think yes thats what I want. I have 0 drawing skills so self design isnt an option.

I dont think there is anything wrong with wanting to get one as the main driver to get one, I have got to 33 without rushing into it but have fancied getting somthing for ages, but want that somthing to be somthing I connect with otherwise I would just go into a shop and get some random black ink flash done.
