You said he doesn't spew recklessly, that's the thing that made this most likely a fold in my eyes.

Ansky,

This turn situation is at best a close one for your hand with the range that beats you and worse 2 pair or 1 pair +draw hands that you beat. If the stacks were much deeper then I would lean toward calling as you had position and he would have to fear a big river bet meaning you could more often get a free showdown there. But as it is you basically have to either fold or make him stick the rest of it in. If you add suited A littles to his range for making a move on the turn instead of just something like AJ/QT/KT/JT, then I would definitely push. But if he were going to make a move with those then I think he would have been more likely to do so on the flop. Unless he habitually calls with middle pair in raised pots OOP and would be more likely to have a pair and a gutshot, then I think this is a fold for the amount you will have to put in versus the amount you have invested.

Seems like an easy fold. And I probably don't bet the turn, but maybe I do. But when I bet the turn, here, it is almost always with the intention of folding to a c/r. He could even have broadway here, FWIW, given your description. Although maybe that's a little bit worse than this guy is...

As long as you are convinced that this player is the type who overplays his straight draw combos even with one card left, this is a fairly easy push.

He could also be representing a made straight here, sticking to the plan of making a play if a K, J, or T hits on the board.
