Please don't sort out the blind structure. If you understand the adjustments you have to make, its so profitable.

New thoughts:

-No longer care about the freerolls in any way shape or form, especially as they are said to be making the connectivity and software less stable.

-Would love the popup to go away on sign-in.

-Would like a https: on the WSEX page. I have security misgivings about the standard http:, but when I type in the s at the end, I get a "timed out" message after signing in.

-Offer better explanations of some of the futures bets. I'm not particularly knowledgable about many of the various sports betting options WSEX offers. I do not consider myself a sophisticated sports bettor but I've put enough effort into it over the last couple of months so that I shouldn't have to guess at what some of the bets mean. You've won me over as a sports bettor but the lack of a FAQ type page is keeping me from exploring some of the more interesting (entertaining) bets. A tutorial page is needed.

-Have at least one bigger tourney per month and or quarter. You could have a 10K guarantee once a month at say, $50 per and expect to draw the 200 needed to cover. You could even have a disclaimer that the guarantee is dependent on x amount of players. A quarterly $100 buy-in should get a similar draw. You have a latent, growing market for these events. The current lineup of bigger buy-in events are not proving to be draws as the guarantee isn't there. We don't expect WSEX to put up the guarantee to help subsidize the event, just to serve as an incentive to pull players.

-occasional deep stack tournament formats would be a appreciated.

-Put in a "wait for big blind button". This would enhance the playability.

-consider moving the rakeback payout to Thursday or Friday morning. I assume that sports bettors put most of their action down at the end of the week. Putting their rakeback in their hands when they bet would probably bump sports betting. (disclaimer: I'm sure WSEX knows more about when players bet then I. If there's a reason for Monday payouts, so be it.) I'm assuming that the Friday aces cracked promo is in part because Friday is a good action day for sportsbooks. Maybe a big handful of rakeback will increase the book's take. You might even decrease the workload at the office as it seems that Mondays are the days everyone seeks payouts.

-Get rid of the confirmation window when I put my name on a waitlist. It is a needless step.

-The connectivity is still a problem. The upgrades have just changed the problems. The system seems less stable now than a week ago. It wold be great not to be sat out involuntarily and randomly disconnected so much. Today I had just short of twenty disconnects in 1500 hands. About a quarter of the time the system reconected me on time (which it never did before), but this is a big increase in disconnects.

-Ban player Action_AJ. Yes, this is a perosnal crusade. He was a known and well documented cheater from the blind skipping exploit. He continues to play on the site and occasionally carps in chat about how clever he was in cheating everyone. I'd be surprised if he's betting sports. Run him. Call it a morale move. Heck, for all I care start weeding players who never bet at the book.

-Regarding Poker Tracker, HUDs, shirts, FPPs, graphics upgrades, etc., I say stay the course. Bare bones is fine. I don't care if my 50K FPPs are useless. I don't care what the card modifications are or how the table looks. I'm very content with simple, starightforward free poker and am still grateful that we're able to play under the current terms. The customer service is very courteous, polite and responsive. Yours a well run organization and a good concept. I hope the rake free poker room is pulling in business to the book.

Whoa, didn't realize this. (And I double-checked that it's the login frame and not just the main page that's unprotected.) This is ridiculously unforgivable and must be fixed at once. A site with financial transactions and the password is sent in the clear?

Seriously, this is a HUGE breach of trust. I really didn't have much of a problem with most of the functionality quibbles, but this is a million times more likely to drive my poker/sportsbook business elsewhere.

Seriously. Wow.

Try the FAQ link at the bottom of the WSEX page. Or click here - http://www.wsex.com/about/faq.html

As far as I'm concerned, the biggest problem by far is the disconnects. This just has to be done away with. Please fix this before considering other fixes. Otherwise I kinda like things as they are, but here's my wish list that's significant to me:

-Fix the disconnects.

-Increase the time out before you're picked up from a table. I don't want to be playing 3-handed and be picked up before I can return from taking a leak.

-Please make the hand history viewer come up when you click on the hand number like most other sites do.

-Stay the course on HUDs and whatnot. Having 5x as many tables running is useless if they're all filled with hudbots. You're not PartyPoker, you make your money differently and # of tables running shouldn't be as important to you. New gamblers will be more interested in games with lots of $ flying around (current WPEX games) than tighter ones. They have to win once in a while ... they can do that now at WPEX ... keep 'em swingy. Awareness is another issue though ... you have your own plans on marketing and I will refrain from comment there.

-Instead of entries into freerolls please allow me to exchange my FPPs for the equivalent value in blackjack credits (Just kidding but this would kick ass - not everyone wants to play in long, drawn-out tournaments that are crapshoots ... BJ is much more fun and WPEX will usually get the $ back anyway)

-Pot Limit Omaha High please

-That thing about WSEX not opening in its own new window is annoying sometimes. Seems like an easy enough fix.

-Probably a huge PITA but allowing us to choose between American and European blackjack would be cool. I'm just so much more used to American blackjack.

-If you haven't already, fix the Stud 8 bug where the software sometimes ships the wrong person the low half of the pot. What really sucks is that, especially with no pop-up hand history, the showdown happens fast enough that you can't read the hands fast enough to tell. I quit playing Stud 8 on WPEX for this reason.
