I like the turn raise with the intention of folding out AQ or KQ and charging draws at the same time. If you don't think you'd get better hands to fold though then I would call.

I'm checking behind river here because I think most tens fold the turn and the queens that call us on the turn are bigger than ours. Also, the hands that make up most of his range are missed draws that aren't paying us off either obviously with 9 or jack high, and since we're no where near deep enough for him to CR bluff on the river check behind seems solid.
