This is pretty standard for any RTG. If you get paid in full ina month, you're doing pretty good.

Do I have any recourse to get my money? $1050 to me is a ton of money.

Any suggestions on how to get my cash?

[/ QUOTE ]

Wait.

Honestly, why would you deposit to an RTG casino and expect to see the money in less than a month?

[/ QUOTE ]

There are some RTGs with near instant cashouts. For example 49er and Bodog have been known to pay in minutes; Clubworld and iNetBet in under 6 hours; etc.

There are also slow payers/non-payers... Slots of Vegas/Prism, Cirrus, Palace of Chance, Club Player, Cool Cat, etc. These casinos may take a month or more.

Powerbet is somewhere in between the two extremes. I was paid ~$900 a few days after completing the wagering. Other sites list cashouts as taking 4-7 days.

--Note that if a cashout is taking a long time, there may be a problem. A common reason for unexpected delays at Powerbet is cashing in comp points and not realizing that you are required to complete a wagering on the comp points.

aka23 Yes I have already been through that my orginal withdraw for $550 was rejected or that reason. So I more then cleared the WR by a few thousand dollars over and played just for the hell of it.

Now not only has my withdraw been pending for a week+ I am not allowed to login in wtf. Time to give them a call and be told I am not going to get my money.

HAHAHA [censored] MORONS

I called them and they tell me
uhh youre account has as you have been deemed as an advantage player.

uhh okay thats great?
I am like pissed but too made to yell and was thinking I just lost alot of money.

I was like what about my cashout.
Guy tells me we paid it earlier today.

I say uhh okay and bs while I check.

Sure enough I got all my money $1050 deposited at 9:31 tonight.

Now they refuse to let me play. Basically instead of building a loyal base of customers playing a -ev game they ban those who win.

Good Job.

Do they have any recourse if I send them a not nice email?

Yes, that's the usual procedure for big winners on the signup bonus. They pay you, then ban you from receiving any more bonuses. I mentioned this in the summary. Note that you should not play at any more casinos within the group, after you have been deemed an "advantage player."

Hmm. I did the 300+300 but I did big bets and finished the WR with only half of my deposit left. Should I give a shot at one of the other casinos in the group?

In another thread I believe the consensus was this was frowned upon greatly and could result in funds seizure.

Aka23 I believe said that. Sorry if I am wrong.

Yeah, but I thought they frowned upon *winners* doing this, but if it's just everyone who has gotten a bonus, no matter the result, then never mind.

Deposit to final cashout in 10 days for me. They did cancel my first cashout but that was because I cashed in my comps points not knowing there was a WR on them.
