Of course he does, he has three bet three times in the last two orbit's. With a raiser and a caller this would be a standard time for a squeeze.
I am not defending my play however, just the frequency at which this type of player repops from the blinds with a raiser and a caller in between.

You know more about the hand then I do...If he loves to squeeze and 3-bet OOP weak, then its probably EV+ to push after the original raiser folded. It all depends if your comfortable putting your stack on the line w/ AQs preflop...

call if nething. this is such a huge spew and unless he's been 3 betting literally every hand, i dont see what ure accomplishing here. 700+ to win 80? idts

Probably not the time to 4 bet light all in with all the recent drama. This is the time he's most likely to call with AK/JJ/QQ, which he'd fold without recent history.

pretty sure op is doing this for value, not expecting a better hand to fold ever.
