RESULTS
well i was player A in the story, and the dealer and then the floor ruled that it wasnt a raise..i figured the cash on its own was enough for a raise, but i added the 100 chip to be sure...anyways, i thought it was another awful ruling by the staff at borgata...love the room/games but dislike the inconsistency of floor decisions...at least the game was lively.

How?
Bad decision or there are certain rules that are followed when bundled stacks of cash plays. Neither one would surprise me too much, but I'd prefer the second one since at least it's a "now you know" thing rather than something random. |

i can't see any reasonable justification to the ruling. even if the 5k bundle of cash plays like a 5k chip, the player put $5,100 into the pot in one motion. the rule that putting ONE oversize chip in w/o saying "raise" is just a call doesn't apply here. this is a terrible ruling. |
