curious first post. why don't you stop insulting our intelligence and just blatantly promote your site without trying to pathetically disguise yourself as a 2p2er. you will actually get a lot more respect from us, seriously.

i played every weekday at party around the time you posted this and would occasionally glance at the number of players. 46,000 seems about right for what party was pulling in on a friday around 2 p.m. ET they may have had a few more than this but so far i'm impressed with stars' number of players and game selection. they definitely have a ways to go though.

Are Americans actually banned from Party already, or is that still just what they are planning to do?

If not, don't expect many to find their way to Stars until Party actually blocks access.

[/ QUOTE ]

It's done.

A lot of people are going to be surprised when they try to play poker tonight.

It will probably take what, a week or two to get going on Stars or Full Tilt?

[/ QUOTE ]

True!
alot of people don't know until today and all of their $$$ in PP right now. It'll take sometimes for them to cashout and most people will not know until tonight after they get off from work and try to spend couples of hrs from daily online games.
mostly new players come to stars and fulltilt right now are come from 2+2 which is not what I want to see.

it actually isnt my site dude.

But i can see where you're coming from with your comment.

I'm sure the owner of the site has posted about it before, as it has been running since april by the looks of it.

i just thought it did have some relevance to this topic. Also thanks for the warm welcome.

I think he might've been referring to FullTilt, rather than Poker Site Scout. Not that it makes much sense either way.

At this moment I see 46000 players at Stars and Party doesn't even display the players anylonger. At this point it would be normal for Stars to have 30k. Party now offers microlimit in NL and limit for all Guess they are very low on players at the moment.

[/ QUOTE ]
To be honest, I have no idea what Stars're normally on at this time of day, and my graphs are at work. The support queue (Unassigned) is seriously long though, like twice as long as usual this time of day, in terms of volume & backlog, so I guess we've got a lot of new players... Time for overtime methinks!

I play the 6-handed sit n go's on Stars and they are filling up much faster today. I like it.
