not true at all.

I recall a WSEX upgrade a few weeks ago that was supposed to take 1-2 hours and ended up taking 5 minutes.

I thought all the decons were either hardware or hosting related. I didn't see how the software was doing it, based on experience. EI, it didn't decon near as often during non 'peak' hours.

At one point though, upon reconnecting, I would fast forward through a hand vs jumping in on the action. That was wierd. I'm sure that was related to the random bug that made hole cards visible for a hand. Thinking of it, the player may have only 'thought' they were visible but it was part of the problem with the fastforwarding effect, blending hole cards and showdown cards, if that makes sense.

It's now 8 hours later and wpex has had the same prompt saying "server is down for maintance for the next hour."

Not a classy move misleading people like this.

How long would it take to change the prompt on the site saying that unexpected delays will keep the site down for another X hours. That's all. Communication man, communication..

I'm going to redeposit into stars soon myself. I'm glad I got my money out of party asap. But I'll deposit to stars for multiple reasons, but one of which is to have two sites to choose from.

I have a feeling their site is actually hosted in Antigua, which is not the best really, but whatever. Decon fix is number 1 right now by a mile for multitablers. Table resizing is nice but easy to get around.

BTW, I gather Stars and Neteller are public companies. How long can they hold out? I'm mostly worried about Neteller, Stars now has all deposits in a 'leading bank' since RBS pulled out. I don't care about Netellers intentions, if they are 'determined' to break the law or obviously violate it, I'm worried, as they will get shut down in the next year, if my assumptions are correct and the law is not reversed before then.
