Even when you are ahead - which will be very rare - there's a good chance that there are collectively enough outs there, given how drawish this board is and how many overcards beat you, to not give you enough equity to call this, even with those odds. Against a couple of overcards, a flush draw, and the straight draw, your chances aren't so good:

Text results appended to pokerstove.txt

820 games 0.047 secs 17,446 games/sec

Board: 7s 6c 4s
Dead:

equity (%) win (%) tie (%)
Hand 1: 26.8293 % 26.46% 00.37% { TcTd }
Hand 2: 07.8049 % 07.44% 00.37% { AdKd }
Hand 3: 19.0244 % 18.66% 00.37% { Ah5d }
Hand 4: 46.3415 % 45.98% 00.37% { KsJs }

Make the AdKd AdQd instead and your equity drops to 20%.

Easy fold.

It can get somewhat better than this - e.g if only one of the draws is being chased, say, and there are over pairs < your TT which is conceivable, but if you're behind, you're way behind.

the only other point is to say you are calling ~$12 to win $34 ish (i think?) so you need about 25% pot equity give or take. Thus it's borderline EV when you're ahead, so it's a fold.

except...now i think of it, it's more complicated, because you only have to beat one hand for some of the pot, 2 hands for some, and 3 for the rest. Anyway, I still fold.

Just fold, your 9/10 times beat. And when your not beat they are still drawing live.
