Button generally has a range between AKs-A10s nut flush draw or AA-JJ

I think you gotta bet this flop since BB was the pf capper. In this big pot, you want all the help you can get in protecting your hand if you're ahead.
Strange that BB check-3b's the flop. He’s either huge or is lagging it up. As for button, his flop cap makes sense if he's holding overs and a big draw. Either way, you’ve got an overpair in a a big pot. You gotta show this down, unless river card is bad & action is crazy.
