www.sportsbetting.com
www.betonusa.com
www.racebook.com

They "provide solutions" for the above and many others. Does that mean they own them?

Sportingbet PLC owns sportsbook, playersonly, and racebook along with paradise poker. The website just says those are sites that they support via software/ server hosting powered by World Gaming Solutions.
Anyone seen a list of what World Gaming actually is? So far it seems to be the following,
betonusa.com which is owned by Empire Entertainment which World owns along with any sites linked to betonusa.com

Everything else mentioned at the World Gaming site is owned by Sportingbet PLC but hosted by World Gaming.

If you run a company you canīt just stick your head in the sand and donīt see something like the new law coming - i mean i read about this looming law almost 2 years ago. This is a lot of time to prepare...

Nobody was prepared for it, and nobody fought against it. Now we're all going to pay the price.

probably why they went public.
All the founders cash out and whoever bought the stock has the risk of something like this happening. There is only so much they can do. This law was probably going to pass no matter what any of the companies did about it.

I believe WG handled the Sportingbet group's cashier system. When you wanted to w/d or deposit, it transferred you to wordgaming's website where you would buy vchips for use in their sportsbook and then converted those vchips back to cash when you w/d.
