how? Any suggestions? I luckily found the results webpage, and I got the tourney number, and I cut and paste the text on that page, and I emailed support. Do you know anything else I can do? I'm short 500 bucks.

This thread just sealed my decision NOT to deposit to Ongame tonight, as I was considering.

You are being blinded out. See other players' posts above. Also, accounts have not been credited with prizes.

Default Re: pokerroom down?

I remember a time when I was playing the $2 rebuy frenzy tourney when the server went down

they shut the tourney down and restarted it 2 1/2 hours later

I was the only one out of 16 people left that waited around, I stole blinds as fast as I could, and won first place for about $1500

They crashed on me too. This is the second time I am out money, and I have just started playing a few weeks ago. Fortunately its only 8 bucks and change, but its still an evening's worth of (l)earnings for me. The odd thing is that after the crash they showed me having hundreds more than I did, then corrected it, then didn't fully give back what I had at the table. I contacted support, like thousands of others I am sure, but am not at all hopeful that they will resolve it.

One thing to note, there was a lot of talk in the lobby about the tourney's freezing before the ring games did. I believe this had happened the time before when they crashed on me as well. If you play pokerroom this may be useful to watch for. I think I will be pulling out my money and going elsewhere though, they are obviously having some ongoing server issues.
