im in but think alot of people would fear being easy targets for the gov't knowing you're one of the ones breaking the law (based on their interpretation anyway)

Democracy was well served. The Republican party built up a majority coalition and part of that coalition got legislation passed that was important to it.

Marches in Washington D.C. can't get whipped up in a week. Regardless, President Bush wants to sign this bill. Of course, he wants to sign it primarily for the far more improtant port security stuff. The internet gambling ban is just a bonus for him.

I'd focus your efforts on something which can make a difference.

I hope we can set time the march by the city. makesure all the news come it might help.
Pick a city with big # of online pokers player set the time and everyone come out to they closet location.
Key is that date and time have to at the same time.

Make sure to let them know that Poker is the game of skill. they can keep the bill or whatever,
all we ask for is poker exemption just like horse and ect.
