overpairs aren't folding. If Button has AK (or any A) then he probably isn't going to fold to a checkraise. If your checkraise is to fold a smaller ace then all you are doing is folding a 3 outer. Not that big a deal. What is your reward? You get to split a pot 2 ways instead of 3 ways. Again, not a big deal. Seems to me you are taking a huge risk for very little reward. Then again I'm flying by the seat of the pants and I would need to do the calcs to know for sure. But my intuition says no ch/r turn.
