Seriously, this isn't hard.

INGREDIENTS:
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoons cayenne
PREPARATION:
Mix ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Spread evenly on prepared ribs that have been patted dry and let sit until the rub appears moist.

el d,

he's brought up that he can't ge bbq sauce, but it still doesn't make any sense unless he explains.

fwiw I'm sure you can find some good recipes for non bbq ribs on the internet. I just want to understand the reason why you can't get any before I actualy search myself for you for a good recipe of nonbbq ribs.

A cabin w/ internet that isn't close to a grocery store? No...no! None of this adds up at all!

My dad just puts them on the grill for a few hours at a low temperature, somewhere in the 200's.

I guess this could work if your grill goes this low, but it's really hard to make good ribs on the grill alone. Smoking them, or crock pot with all sorts of crap in it are usualy my only choices.

edit: good ribs have to be slow cooked for at least 8 hours
