they would simply claim that any transaction to an organization that has links or ties to the online-poker is not a legal transaction.

Depositing to the online horse-book to get to the online-poker room is the same as depositing to neteller to get to the online poker-room.

If neteller only allowed transaction to horse-racing it would be fine.
Neteller allows transactions to poker-rooms so it is not fine.
The online horse-book place allows transactions to online poker-rooms therefore it is not fine.


Not to mention that I'm not sure that just ANY horse-betting places are acceptable but I don't really know about that.


This is my layman's view of it anyway.
As best I can envision, I don't think you found any "loop-hole" here (via Party or with Ali).
