I wouldn't be surprised if they call you back offering a better price.

Real ballas have no principles, other than ballin outta control, obv.

The correct play was to pay the $500, pay an additional $500, and then throw a was of $100's in dude's face as you drive off, screaming, "Keep the change, you filthy animal."

To review, these were my "extras":

Metallic paint
Wood trim
Premium package
Active steering
Cold weather package
Sport package

For this, my pre-tax post-everything-else price was a little under 46k.

This wouldn't be a good price 3 months from now, but for less than a week after it came out, I think it's a good price.

Also, this is in Chicago, if that matters.

The 335 is so sweet!

I bought my son a 318 TI for his 16th birthday. And I love it!!

The cold weather package is heated front seats + retractable headlight washers. Active steering changes the steering ratio depending on your speed - when you are parked, it is 10:1, and when you are going fast on the highway, it is 18:1. Basically means you have to turn the steering wheel less in parking lots.

Neither of these would really be "essential" to my car-enjoying experience. They are totally optional "extras". However, when I am spending 50k cash for a brand new car, my dream car, I want everything to be exactly the way I want it, I am going to be picky about it. And if I can't get exactly what I want, then I'm just going to save the cash (maybe for the 2008 V8 M3, hah).

car dealers don't care if you pay cash, when you finance a car they get paid "cash" anyway, it just makes it a tad bit easier. optimally they would rather have you finance as long as its with them. with interest rates like they are now, almost nonexistent, it makes more sense to finance over 2 years so you can profit on all the money you keep as opposed to handing it all over to them at once, thats what real ballers do.

i think they did a horrendous job of customer service, think of all the word of mouth and good things you would have said of the dealership if they had went out of their way to make up for their mistake.

i think you kinda cut off your nose to spite your face though, you re missing out on "the car of your dreams" over what is pocket change to you.

sorry for the rational advice, i know this is BBV, the upside is you now have alot of extra money for party bj and hookers and blow
