Re: Insane weight loss prop bet
Work out daily and go on Atkins or South Beach, and you will have no problem.

Re: Insane weight loss prop bet
I've lost 30 lbs in 45 days before. (250 to 220). You shouldn't have any problem if you've ever worked out before. If you don't know how to work out, you might have a problem.
FYI, here's how I did it. -High protien diet -Walked to gym and back (20-25 min walk each way) -Lifted (chest/back/off/shoulders/arms/legs/off) -30 min cardio every day (even if it was on a day I didn't lift) You could try using some fat burning supplements too if you want. Good luck. |

I hope you put your life savings on this.
It's not exactly healthy, but it shouldn't be a problem. |

Re: Insane weight loss prop bet
Put as much money as you possibly can on this bet; consider taking out loans or otherwise borrowing as well.

Re: Insane weight loss prop bet
Oh yeah, and I'd take 50-1 in a heartbeat for whatever your friend would allow you to. This is a very winnable bet if you stay committed to it.

Re: Insane weight loss prop bet
Whether or not 50:1 is good odds depends upon how much you bet, and how much the money means to you. If you bet $1, then your friend will have a much better chance of winning then if you bet $1,000.

Re: Insane weight loss prop bet
I'd do 50 to 1 on losing 50 pounds myself, and I am the most lazy person ever and weigh 200.
