4/8 or 6/12 stud/8 goes on weekends some times. nothing higher than that. historically 30/60 goes during the fall classic but not sure it will this year.

Me and you can start it HU and the game will fill.

I don't think that there is any law to prevent CP from spreading a mixed game. As you know, the current management is very old school. They feel that a mixed game would be top-heavy, as it were, and they may have a point. They weren't all that enthusiastic about the $30/60 stud/8 game in '02, and there were several people who lost a lot of money in that game. Honestly, I can't think of anyone who is good at all four games, but I've been out of circulation for the larger part.

Even if they could legally, I don't think that CP would spread NLHE cash games, either. I think the only way that they would is if, say, Mystic Lake started offering NLHE cash games.

When I was in town they were talking about the NL games at Mystic Lake, were they talking about tournaments perhaps?

Lord knows what they were talking about. Mystic doesn't have poker, tournaments or otherwise.

Are you confusing Mystic Lake and Turtle Lake maybe?

Thats possible, but I do recall them saying Mystic. I was only in town for 3 days playing non-stop, my memory could have faltered.

That would have to be it. The nearest casino that offers poker is Treasure Island. That's a small room that's about an hour away. Turtle Lake is about an hour and a half away. Mystic doesn't have poker.
