Re: $4/180 decisions
On the flop...RAISE, RAISE, RAISE. You're going to have to be willing to gamble with that flop at this level. It's an excellent flop, and you're almost guaranteed at least 1 player to overbet on this, even with a crappy draw.

Re: $4/180 decisions
I'm confused...
Turn: 2 River: 2 and then the showdown Dealer: HiroReborn has a pair of Sixes Dealer: littlespidey has two pair, Nines and Sixes And littlespidey folded the flop... What about the player that had K5? How are either of these hands possible on a K9822 board? Are you saying he pushed in with an underpair? Again, why is he calling you a donk if he pushes a family pot with an underpair? |

Re: $4/180 decisions
If you're not willing to go broke with a SF draw, then why are you limping in with JTs and then calling a raise with it? Your play was fine for the rest of the hand. I may raise the 300 flop bet, but a call was fine as it made another player behind you push.

So really no idea what villan had here that he's complaining about, but it doesn't matter much. If he can't underestand the call that is good for us |

Re: $4/180 decisions
The only way to misplay this hand on all streets is to fold. With your hand you have a virtual smorgasboard of choices available to you.
I would advise that you don't teach the donkeys at the table by explaining your moves to them. Let them keep thinking you made a bad play while you laugh all the way to the bank with their money. Clueing them in that there's a 'smarter' way to play the game is -EV for skilled players. |

HiroReborn [observer]: and winning when hey're almost 4:1 underdogs [/ QUOTE ] Lol. According to PStove: Board: 8h 9h Kc Dead: equity (%) win (%) tie (%) Hand 1: 52.0202 % 52.02% 00.00% { JhTh } Hand 2: 47.9798 % 47.98% 00.00% { AhKs } You're a favorite against almost any hand on that flop except a set (against which you're still better than a 3:2 dog). I push over the flop bet. |
