The only restriction is you cannot deposit with a neteller linked to another account, you can withdraw to it with no problem. So if you deposit with firepay or IMG pay or something like that you can still withdraw to the old neteller

All you have to do is e-mail them after you make the new account and tell them to allow your neteller #, they will do it. Its pretty easy

So why does everyone say it is so hard to open a new account at Party, and this thread makes it sound like it is pretty easy to do ???

then can you open the new one right away?

I withdrew all my cash and opened the new account without depositing. Within five minutes, Party called. I played dumb and told them I didn't realize I couldn't just open a new account. They asked me which account I wanted to keep. I told them the new one and that was that. They closed my old account and I deposited with Neteller to my new account.

i closed open an account last october during the skin fiasco. what's the term for that time? Most everyone was allowed to to that no problem. especially dormant accounts.Then I did it again in april. The last one was with permission. I did have to fire pay-pro an email after making my new account to get them to allow my old neteller.
