At the bottom of the page follow the instructions to download a free 30-day trial of Dreamweaver.

Also some of the hosting services offer a "quick start" type of service. They have templates where you just change the words and insert some pictures, header, logo, etc... You'll be slightly limited in how you can customize your site, but odds are it will look far more professional that your first attempt to do it yourself.

To echo what others have said. If it's complex get a pro involved. Look at it like a storefront sign for a B&M store - ya you could figure out how to make one - but it will probably end up taking much longer, costing much more and looking much worse than going with someone who's business it is.
