i have 5 tourneys on you, 55s, and you raised only once in the first 3 levels. thats one preflop raise in 150 hands. you play too tight.

I'm pretty sure "limp rr aa AKo lev 1" is donkey s***. [/ QUOTE ] Don't knock it till you've tried it. At the 22s and 33s limping AK and then playing based on very vague reads seems to be more profitable than raising to 75 and continuation betting. I don't have a set plan to reraise allin, but against someone who has already raised a couple times it is very profitable. Most of the time I just call a raise, and have even folded a few times to a raise. Of course about half the time I just standard raise pre flop |

Well, you've probably got 100x the sample size I do at the 55's so I won't argue too much. It just bothers me to pass up edges like that, and I woory about letting in dominated hands that will then outflop me, giving them huge implied odds when I pay off their crappy two pair with my kings.

This is interesting. I wonder if we could get a thread going where we list our own names and ask people to PM us with notes on each other. Is this a dumb idea?

[/ QUOTE ] At the 55s i would not use this play as much although I do still sometimes, b/c of exactly those implied odds. However at the 22s and 33s, the implied odds are not as high, and they pay you off incredibly when the A or K hits from the fish. Also If I have ever seen the player b4(and know them to be tight/aggro) I can let it go to some aggression from them. Compare that to raising and continuation betting on a missed flop, having both of them called, and folding to a hand you dominate like AJ on the river, b/c you had to check the turn. 1/4 to 1/3 of your stack is gone |

So I've been playing SNGs for over a year all with the same name. I've played every level from the 11s-109s. Even in the past month I've played at least 300 at every level from the 22s-109s. I bet at least 90% of the posters here have played a game with me. So you guys got any notes, including mental ones? [/ QUOTE ] I have a few, yes. |

I think its a good idea if you want to improve your game. I think the notes could be a little improperly skewed but if a lot of people tell you than youll get good feedback. The problem is getting people to give up their +ev edge against you.

I've played with you probably more than any other opponent. My notes say something like "typical 8 tabler." I pissed myself off recently against because I was unable to fold preflop even though it was damn clear that you had AA.
